Our small, fantastic team is made up of 5 amazing woman who have spent their professional lives immersed in the world of events. With experience in venue management, wedding planning, wine sales, catering, production assistance, corporate planning and event execution, we have seen it all!


So why do we love what we do?

Kristen – “I have wanted to be an entrepreneur my entire life…. I’ve probably come up with about 200 business ideas (not joking). My favorite thing about what we do is our team.  The dynamic of all of our personalities working together and with such a small company the ability for everyone to truly contribute to our success in their own ways.”

Jenna – “I’ve always loved helping others and I thoroughly enjoy continuing to do so through my career. Knowing I’ve contributed to such a special day for our clients, seeing their connection and love for one another, those moments where nothing else matters, that is why I do what I do.”

James – “I appreciate being part of memorable experiences with people. Now, and when I worked for years in social justice, I enjoy the human connections we get to make.”

Kim – “I have such a passion for the wine and hospitality industry. I love finding new, off the beaten path experiences for our clients. There is never a shortage of fun things to do in wine country!”

Meren – “My love for the event industry started in wedding planning, and blossomed into a passion for organization and event logistics. I am a lover of the details, timelines, scheduling, itineraries, reservations. I have a passion for planning and the special place we get to call home, Sonoma & Napa wine country!”
