Kim, being a Sonoma County native, joins The K Group with an extensive history in event planning and concierge services. She has a strong background working with corporate and private groups looking to create unique experiences in the wine country. Combining her extensive network, strong reputation and passion for the wine and hospitality industry, Kim possesses the ability to deliver luxury, off the beaten path experiences for our clients.
Over the past ten years Meren has gained experience in nearly every aspect of event management and planning. With a background in venue management, corporate events, catering management and production supervision, Meren is an expert in the execution and organization of special events. Meren has spent her most recent professional life as both a full time corporate and wedding planner, expanding her event experience and going above and beyond for clients. Finding passion in fulfilling the important details that take experiences to the next level, Meren’s transition to concierge services was the obvious next step.
Kristen has spent the last 13 years completely immersing herself in the events business and has produced over 500 events. While the majority of her time has been spent in venue event management and building new event programs, she also has experience in event planning and catering allowing her to look at events from all angles. Kristen has helped to build several event programs including setting policies, creating contracts, marketing and outreach and increasing revenue and event numbers. She has been fortunate enough to work with and learn from the best in the business and has earned a strong reputation for her reliability, responsiveness and industry knowledge and connections.
